About the plan

This house is perfect for a couple or single person who wants room to stretch out and enjoy some dramatic spaces such as the vaulted area above the stairs or a luxurious second floor deck. With plenty of room to entertain six in the oversized dining booth, the party can expand outside onto the generous back patio. This design combines luxury with a compact lifestyle, and it can adapt to suit your changing living situation over time. Build a two-floor, 905 sq.ft. cottage or add a 245 sq.ft. first floor bedroom, which is detailed out on both the Study Plans and Construction Plans. The addition can be built during initial construction or added on years later.

Construction Plans

Whether you’re building a code-compliant plan or chose to add our Enhanced Efficiency details to create a high-performance home, you will start by reaching out via the contact page so we can work up a proposal.  We’ve found that selling stock plans and leaving you trying to figure out how to get them built is not a good experience.  We know there will need to be changes based on local building requirements, and you probably want to tweak things a bit yourself.  For a more detailed explanation for why we only provide custom plans, click here:

We do not sell pre-designed natural homes on our website--there are just too many variables to make that feasible. Phone Support
